Blaster – Full-Time
Location: Waco
Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM; overtime and weekend availability required during busy seasons

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Blaster to join our team. This role involves operating automated and hand-held grit blast equipment to prepare metal surfaces for coating. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep parts and perform grit blasting to meet required specifications
- Prepare interior and exterior metal surfaces for painting and coating
- Maintain blasting equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, respirator test, and fit test
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
